If you wish to join the fight with Jorunn, you’ll begin your game in Davon’s Watch, which is located in Morrowind. The Pact’s alliance suffers from political infighting at times, but with Jorunn the Skald-King’s strong leadership they stay banded together - for now. The Ebonheart Pact consists of the Nords, Dunmer, and Argonians. The Ebonheart Pact is lead by the stout Nord, Jorunn the Skald-King, and it stretches over Skyrim, the Black Marsh and Morrowind. The Aldmeri Dominion dominates Elsweyr, Summerset Isles and Valenwood, having its capital standing tall in Elden Root, where the leader of the faction, Queen Ayrenn, rules. The Aldmeri Dominion believes it is their duty to protect Tamriel from the careless actions and threats of the younger races. This faction has the most intelligent and thoughtful races, or so it is said (Altmer, Bosmer, and Khajiit).
