For those of you who want Daedric Armor - unless you've beaten the main quest or don't plan on doing it - I do not recommend you kill Divayth Fyr. In order to get the full set of Daedric Armor from Divayth Fyr you'll have to kill him (which will break your main quest) or break all his armor then pick pocket him for it.
